I don't know if it is coincidence or what but I replaced the two vacuum cables on the waste gate actuator. After that someone my boost would stop at 15lbs but I'm completely stock. So I got on the highway and I was full throttle when I shifted into 4th my cel came on and the dash display say engine power reduced. Any ideas?

 

got a vacuum leak on one of those two lines you replaced?

 

I'm just throwing this out there, but uhh have you like scanned it to see what code your throwing?
