so i just changed my spark plugs to one step colder because i just got a stage 2 installed today is it normal for the check engine light to come on after changing plugs?

i never looked for the check engine light as i was using the dealership is it because of the kit and it need to get used to it?

u shouldn't have a cel when u put in ur new plugs i put in 2 step colder plugs and i have never gotten a cel

 

Yeah i never gotten a CEL changing out plugs.....maybe one of the plugs is faulty? Get a scan guage and find out what code its throwing

It could just be something dumb that you forgot. get it scanned.

 

come on bro. you posted this at least 3 times. you have 2 options.

1) take it back to the dealer and tell them to fix it since they did the work
2) have the code read.

without the code, no one can help you. it may very well have nothing to do with the spark plugs. what you're basically saying is "Hey guys, something wrong with my car. what is it?" see what i mean? without that code no one can help you trouble shoot.
