Talking Cleaned and regaped stock plugs and WOW!

Well the car had been runing like crap and it was like it would pull timeing just driving around.

I pulled them out nad Holly hell! they where solid black! My car has 5,400 miles on it.

I cleaned them and re gaped them. They where set at .035 and I set them to .042 and put them back in.
The car starts faster, runs and idles smother, and it has more power!

It runs beter then stock now and I dont seam to be runing as rich as I was.

Any one els done this?

I was having miss fires with the stock plugs. Pulled those babies out and wow they where horrible looking. I actually took it to my incompetent dealer first and they blamed the miss fires on my intake. Anyway, I swapped the plugs out with a set of autolites and boom problem gone. I now have NGK copper plugs gapped at .40 and am running super smooth and happy.

They wouldn't be so black if GM didnt detune the **** out of these cars, and make them run so damn rich, yeah I just picked up some NGK copper plugs good deal.

I think I might pull mine just to check them, as my car feels like it is running rich as hell, and it stumbles at idle some times

I pulled mine out a couple minutes ago. They didn't look too bad at all. However, the BKR7#'s I put in looked much better!
