The Eaton has a built in pressure relief valve and any excess pressure is internally circulated back to the intake side of the blower.

It won't work. There is no back pressure between the throttlebody and something forcing air into the motor...ie, a turbocharger. A bov is used to releive back pressure in the intake piping of a turbocharged vehicle when the throttlebody suddenly snaps shut. Since our blower is after the throttle body, sucking air into it, as apposed to pushing air into it there would be no point.
