Same Here. My Crank Position Sensor Was Pinched And It Failed Under Hard Acceleration. When They Replaced It They Discovered That The Pcm Had Been Fried From The Damage So I Got A New Pcm At The Same Time.

 

it is nothing like a BOV. the boost bypass is more like a wastegate on a turbo car. the bypass mod keeps our car building boost instead of bleeding it off. its as if your wastegate had a stiffer spring, so it would open at a later boost pressure. Our cars do not have anything like a BOV due to our supercharger being a roots type, there is no compressor surge and no need to blow off excess boost.

 

Hey iconz, if you have an overheat, you should turn on the heater. It draws the excess heat out of the engine bay.
