Yeah, you do have to give it some muscle! These should ship within 3 days or so. Please allow about a week for delivery with UPS Ground. Thanks!

I know........waiting tapping foot.....i went ahead and bought a MOMO Shift Knob.

It is reverse lockout compatible, and a universal fit. It uses either a rubber adapter, or hex screws to tighten down on anything smaller than 14mm.

I like having things that are well made, and that I find appealing. If it had the same quality and look for less money, then great, but I really couldn't find any other reverse lockout compatible knobs that I liked.

Oh, an BTW how much did your CF hood cost. I try not to care what other people are spending on THEIR cars....as long as you are happy, then it is that much better for the rep of the car.

I do like that hood, and might get it in the future...the SS style one right?

I like the one from Gravana. It is more subtle, and seems to flow better with the look of the car. 650 shipped.....hmmmmm sounds tempting.

I had a b&m shifter on my last Cavalier, and one will be going on this car for sure. Solid robust feel, shorter throw (even than the SS). I will be getting one here shortly, 19's and hood are coming first.

Actually, I tried calling my distributor for these and he said they should have definitely gone out with UPS ground today. However, he didn't have tracking info as of just yet. He said that if he got any, he'd be sure to e-mail me and let me know.

And, of course, once I hear from him, I'll email YOU GUYS and let you know.

Our website is in the middle of getting a new layout with a brand new server and new features, so things are a little hectic over here right now and my e-mail is done for the night. I believe all e-mails are going to be forwarded to my personal hotmail account though...

Have you used this shifter? Have you seen it in person? If you have, post some intelligent thoughts on it. Otherwise shut your mouth.

I know with most short throws that they not only reduce the travel of the shifts but usually are more precise so you won't miss shift.

hey are these shifters going to come with instructions. My mechanic has never worked on any other SS except mine and it would help if he had them so he could install it cuz i do not really want to go to the dealer just let me know frank.

All of the shifters come with an installation manual, but sometimes they're more "generic."

Thanks.
