Which Cold Air Intake to go with.

I have this one on my probe http://cgi.ebay.ca/BOMZ-05-07-Chevy-...QQcmdZViewItem Well the same brand as my probes. It worked great.. I want to lean towards Injen but its 240 bucks compared to 100. Anyone try the bomz Cold air intakes on their cars yet?

If your going to spend that much I'd go ahead and spend a little more and get the Injen intake.. I have it on my 2.2 and love it but thats just my opinion.

No.

Go with a stainless one, the aluminum wears a bunch on the Injen.

Rebel or RD Fabs IMO.

I'd say RD Fabs, I don't have it but I believe its a 1 piece 3" intake and I remember correctly, pretty reasonably priced. Good luck actually receiving one from Rebel.

I just ordered a rebel intake (already shipped too). Largest diameter available, stainless, and from my personal experience driving a RAW 3" equipped S2 balt, one of the best initial mods you can possibly do.

It's hard to decide since i liked the bomz and the bomz is the cheapest of them. But ... i've seen the injen with its dyno proven performance. But i have no clue on the bomz. It made a little kick on my probe. But i dont have any dyno sheets to compare... so im hooppppeeeddd

I put Injen on my baby and am VERY happy with the choice. In addition to the great hp/tq gains, it sounds amazing! It really makes the whine 10x louder

Airbox mod.

- Makes just as much power as any CAI.
- Cheaper
- Stealth (bad if you like the "bling" factor)

Good feedback.

Also if anyone would like an Injen or K&N intake just let us know, we have them in stock, and we do price match.
