had jeremie come over last night, being the all knowing {sort of} gm tech he is. or kinda thinks. had to fix something on this tune on the pumpkin, so he did the comp test on mine while i was plugging numbers away.
anyways. 1-2 cylinders average of 198 on the handy dandy craftsman compression test gauge. cylinders 3-4 average of 198 as well. in short. the motor is happy. all the things i have done, and beating on it. it seems fine. maybe at some date it will be time for a leak down test.


i would strongly advise those above stage 2, get a comp/leak down test done once a month.


the plugs are happy as well, a nice coffee color, everything seems good to go


does anyone actually know the factory numbers. or "service limit"?
