Coolant in intake manifold

I have coolant in my intake manifold. Any ideas what could be causing this? Is the endplate o-ring seal bad?

wrong answer we do have coolant in our intake manifold you probably have a bad laminiva core seal in the intake your best bet is to replace all of them and pay close attention to how it all comes apart

Thanks a lot! I thought I blew a head gasket but it looks like this is why I am blowing out white smoke.
