Coolant Temp To Low?

Just like the title says...I drive quite a bit and in michigan right now the temps are 30-50F..and my coolant hardly reaches 130-140..Im wondering if its a stuck open thermostat or something else..cuz during the summer I drive at 180F...just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if I should be worried. lol

I had this issue at one point. once it goes on long enough you will get a CEL for coolant not reaching operating temp. i replaced my T Stat and the issue went away.

P0128 sounds right.

T stat should be on the Drivers side of the motor. right above the trans case on the back of the head. IIRC with the oil cooler

Yeah you will get the code for it soon. Replace the t-stat or just don't worry about it. I have changed them without removing anything else on the car, just need to remove 3 10mm bolts from the housing and pull it out. However, you will have to get creative with some extensions and swivels and such to reach them, and it's kind of awkward. If you pulled the fuse box you would have much better access, i'm just stubborn
