Cooling?

I am picking up a TVS thanks to OTT's bad ass deal and was wondering how to go forward with my cooling. I was thinking of trying to get in the area of 350 whp. I have a H/E and was planning dual pass and devil's own progressive as well. Should I also go with option B or is it overkill. I just was starting to wonder how many damn tanks I really need in my car.

Dont spend your money on a progressive controller.

Get the option B.

Your probly not going to hit 350 right off the bat. Takes alot of time with tuning.

But youll be good to go from there.

Yes Standard Meth Kit is all you need. No reason to spend the extra money.

The funny thing is i was derailed from the progressive kit from a Meth injection Vendor...

1. Tuning will take a little bit longer.. but to some people that doesnt matter.

A big thing is the heat from the s/c. Why would you want to only half-cool the supercharger that is skyrocketing your iat2s? Having full blast just dramatically helps the temps stay down, instead of "partially" cooling it at certain stages in the boost.

Even though youll have the TVS... there would still be no point in only partially cooling the s/c.

Except with a progressive kit you can limit the amount of spray. A full shot of meth at lower RPM's may actually hurt power, with a progressive kit you can adjust this.

you dont shoot at lower rpms

you shoot at lower boost.

And the tune will take care of the power being lost. Thats why you need a tune anyway..

Cooling mods you gotta have them all.

OTTP for option B /single pass laminova /extra h/w with meth and a simple boost switch....Area47 can direct you to an indicator device to indicate when the meth nozzle is/isnt spraying vip if the tank is full and the pump works, but the nozzle dont spray for whatever reason, if you are tuning for power. Just sayin'

porting the tvs is from what I'm told bad for it, but with some head work I imagine 350 is easy to get too based on what OTT already did with a stock head. Correct me if I wrong but I think it was to the tune of 336 whp I think.
