Do i have to have any extra cooling mods for the ott stage 1

any suggestions. i know they'd help but will it hurt anything with out them

 

It would be a great benefit to you to use them. I use the "Stu"cooling mod". All it is really is an extra tank for coolant , and it's proven to lower the iat2's. I think I'd rather spend $60 and do my own thing than spending $120+ for an extra H/E IMO. But seriously, I get a little detonation when my car has been at a slow pace(I.E traffic) and when I go WOT to get on the freeway...but since the extra mod, I've gotten rid of that....and I'm only running a 3.0" pulley. That's why the S/C gets the nickname "Heaton"

 

id recommend having a 2nd heat exchanger. honestly, a 2.8 is gonna create a lot of heat, more than the stock intercooler system is designed to handle.

 

how hard is it to create a second tank. I just need the one house coming in to the tank right. Or do need two to let it flow.
