1. Unbolt factory system from the downpipe/cat assembly (3 bolts).
2. Cut the factory system in half just in front of the rear axle. Plan the cut carefully so you are able to remove rear section of the old exhaust. This will be critical if you are using jack stands or ramps to elevate the car. Also I highly recommend buying/borrowing/renting a chain style pipe cutter to make the cut. Nice, clean, and easy.
3. Install the Corsa. Comes in 3 sections. Make everything "just tight" until you have all the sections installed and adjusted properly. Then torque all connections. Notice that the clamps the Corsa system ships with can be torqued about 3 times before they are junk so you can loosen the connections a couple of times for adjustments down the road.
4. Enjoy!
get your car back together for the meet today i have a buddy of mine with a lighting that wants to race. i can pull him from a 45 roll and he plays catch up until about 80 to 90 then has a car or two by 130 so with the smaller pulley full exhaust and header i think you should not have a problem. he will call a race from a stop and will beat the **** out of you but i will lamo when i see the look on his face when he loses to a cobalt with the 45 roll

Just to let you guys know the exhaust is real easy to install. This is his brother which installed it by myself with two jack stands, cutting wheel, and a couple of wrenches. It took me all of 75 mins to install including rounding up the tools and putting everything away. I own a Jetta GLI with a APR 2.5" exhaust which cost normally around $1k but I got mine for $800 shipped. It is one of the best exhausts on the market and is worth every penny. I can say the same about the Corsa. The welds, and the ease of installation due to the proper length and build of the Corsa makes it better than the rest. He has also dynoed the car with 3" pulley and CAI. He will be dynoing it sometime soon I hope because I want to put mine on the rollers and hopefully pull some close numbers. I honestly have nothing against Magnaflow but if you are going to buy an exhaust you might as well save your money and buy it once.
That is the dyno chart SAE corrected. As a few people said there not bad for a one wheeled Cavi.
