couple of fueling problems

UPDATE: just got back from the dyno, apparently my car seems to have "forgotten" half of the tune and is running crazy rich for a whopping 220 horses to the wheels. Best part is, there are no ecotec tuners around here and the tuner i used for it is out of town....
