I manage a paint and body shop and used a product made by 3M called "TPO Plastic Repair" to seal the lenses to the body and then applied butyl tape (aka dum dum tape) over that. Worked very well. Check out my gallery to see my lights.

yea i used a silicon sealer too...but i used the clear RTV in the aerosol can...its got a little *** on the bottle...kinda like easy squeeze cheese...lol...but you untwist the cap and push the *** down and the RTV just comes out....just cut off the excess gray sealant that was already on there on the clear lense and use a hair dryer and a screw driver (flat head) to get as much of the gray sealant out of the groove in the back of the headlight (the gray part) then fill the gray part with the silicone when your putting them back together and push them together then take the silicone and run a bead around the outside where the clear lens meets the gray plastic and you should be fine

mine are oin the same, no condensation for months, all of a sudden, the drivers side starts foggin from the bottom to about an inch and half up and 3 inches across, i think drying them and a good bead of silicon will do the trick.

The trick is that you actually don't want them 100% sealed, you want a small "leak" usually at the bottom is best. some headlight assemblies actually have a vent tube, I haven't pulled mine out to see if it has a vent or just a part that isn't sealed at the joint.

Our headlamps do not have vent tubes.

yea i know the lights on the SS/SC....well at least mine have little bluish green caps over a about an 1/8 of an inch hole on the top of the headlight the caps are cloth/fabric and let the condensation evaporate out of the headlight
