I wouldn't see why not seeing as they both have boost. Check with a tech or something but I think you're good. Especially since it's reconfigurable.

I've heard it would be a huge pain in the ass, since the basic wiring harnesses of a LSJ car is way different then a LNF car. You could get interceptor gauges, but that RPD is bad ass.

Different protocols, will not work properly if at all...

LNF is a CAN OBDII bus, LSJ is not.
