Would it be hard for me to get the muffler I want and just have it welded onto the the pacesetter exhaust to replace the muffler after I get it. I know its gonna be an expensive exhaust in the end but sometimes you have to pay for what you want.http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku Heres the muffler i want to get. I know I might have to get a center inlet/outlet but this is the style. The cfm on it is 1100 which is good. Its a really high flow muffler and Ive always been a fan of dynomax and these stlye mufflers. I had one on my eclipse which was a good and the most distinct sound around.

D4u2s0t and NJHK both erep for helping thanks.
You're welcome and I'm glad you didn't take it as a attack but more of a helpful suggestion.

that's the thing with custom, you never know how it will sound till it's on. and at that point, if you don't like it, you're kinda stuck with it.

i had a dynomax muffler similar to this on my 03 eclipse and it wasnt loud but everybody knew my car because it was so distinct. nobody around had my tone and thats why i like doing stuff custom. read through this thread before you get a custom exhaust because it made me want to go a whole different route for my exhaust piping.

very true so if your not willing to take the risk then dont try it.
