Finally got this video off my camera. These are the custom grind cams from comp that were discussed a bit about a month ago. First of all here is the sheet with all the specs that they sent with them.


Here is a little video of the car at idle. 42# injectors, badmab header, zzp DP, megan catback, the cams, and tune. The car idles at 1000 rpms simply because he wanted it to sound mean and anything lower was much to smooth for his liking

Not bad not bad but do agree with the exhaust

 

Good God. That muffler sounds like a paper bag

 

Its the megan catback I believe. Doesnt sound that bad in person. Doesn't sound great however.

Moving along, this is not a thread about exhaust

A few more people are looking into these cams, and in other profiles. Its really nice that comp will custom grind these for our community. For most people the ZZP line of comp cams will probably satisfy your needs, but its nice to have an options for those who want to design a cam that perfectly matches their setup.

 

I think the exhaust sounds mean but some great info thanks taylor!

 

would love to hear it with a gmpp or corsa exhaust .. really wish lnfs sound changed when cammed lol

 

My lnf lopes when cold. But after its warmed up you can't tell a difference.
