Custom tune really worth it?

I am debateing whether or not to get a custom tune done on my set up. Mods listed below. I know it will help a bit but wondering if anyone can let me know what differences they saw with the new tune on their car over the GM stage tune. Thanks guys

A custom tune will make a nice difference from what I've heard. With my setup, I was told it would give me 10hp from hptuners. Everything would run a lot smoother.

Get a custom tune done. It will always be better than a canned tune. I picked up almost 20 whp with bcp tuning my car on the dyno last saturday. The car pulls much harder and doesn't bog at all like it did.

I just hope that the car will run good in both hot and cold weather. I heard that some people have problems with their cars running bad when it gets cold outside.
