Well as the title says had the CX installed last night and first of all, it looks cool as hell. 2nd, it was a very clean and painless install for myself and my friend. He did most of the work bc hes the mechanic not me but we had no real problems did it over a span of 2 days. I dont have pictures yet but I was wanting to know if anyone else who has installed this thing noticed and gains or differences? I havent got my setup right now tuned so i havent went WOT to redline yet. Any info let me know fellas! thanks

 

you dont need to tune for the heat exchanger.

 

2 days for a h/e? was it the large one (31" long) or the smaller one (23" long)?
thats a crazy long time to install just a h/e unless you had to fab your own brackets.

just intrigued cuz im planning on doin a cx front mount h/e soon and wanna know what im in for

 

Nah we just started late it could be done in 2 hours no problem giving not running into any problems and have everything you need. Maybe even a hour. And i know you dont need to tune for a H/E but im also doing 60s and a 2.8 which is on there right now so being easy on it.
