depends on if you want it to me flush and not stick below your bumper. you will have to cut the support to do that though because of the filler cap, that will make it take much longer

should take you 2-3 hours if you have access to air tools and a lift, and beer.

It's a nice bit thicker. You have to take off the bumper because if you don't, you can't get the bumper support off to cut with the dye grinder. Good luck trying to reach your arm in there blind cutting that ****.

^even with frequent breaks with a lot of beer, I doubt it would take anyone that long. Unless they aren't using power tools.

i have that heat exchanger and i took the bumper off cuz its easyier that way, but all together it took probably 3 hours. it hold about a gallon of coolant. i made my own brakets and it fits perfect with my bumper no cutting required!

I used about 4ft in total, but i bought 6ft just in case. Make sure it's 3/4 ID. I bought some random L brackets from home depot that were about 4 inches each side

i used lots of hose like 7 feet and it was 3/4 ID, for braket i took flat aluminum 1 1/2" wide i think or 2" and just bent and cut them to the size i wanted, then used some self tapping screws.
