By eveyones experience with the exhausts they got can you tell me which ones sound deep. I'm getting one soon and I don't want to end up with one that sounds like a souped up lawn mower/honda piece of ****. I'm looking for something deep and mean not high pitched. help is much appreciated thanx.

 

Everyone I talk to says my GMPP sport "performance" exhaust has a nice deep tone. Personally I love it.

 

I have the GMPP Performance and it is deep, I love it as well and haven't heard any complaints about it from anyone who has it. The Corsa is nice too, but pricey.

I have the GMPP catback with the vibrant header/downpipe, And let me tell you this combo is deep as hell. If I am at 3000 rpm in 3rd gear, damn is it deep and loud

 

search for the "official exhaust thread" and you can listen to clips.

 

isnt there an official exhaust thread, it has a bunch of diff sound clips for exhausts. personally i think the gmpp sport is wicked.

i have a cti 3inch catback exhaust im trying to sell. that was very deep and loud. not ricey at all. let me know if your interested i want to get rid of it, i went back to stock for the girlfriend.

I have a custom 2.5" mandrel bend magnaflow exhaust with the same parts in there kit just not polished and it sounds pretty deep. Damn cheap to.

 

It's a 4cyl. It's ALWAYS going to sound like a lawnmower.

im on my second redline, ive had multiple exhaust set ups and not once has it sounded like a lawnmower

 

Anything that is 3" pipe, is gonna be the deepest. But it depends on your oppionion of "DEEP" i guess... I really like the way the 3" sounds with two resonators.

 

well I know its not gonna sound like a mustang with flow masters but I'm looking for a similar sound I want something mean and not high pitched.

Mustang = V8
Us = 4cyl

 

Get the GMPP sport. I fell in love with it when I heard it. I just ordered it. Trust me is sounds mean as hell!!!!

Wow... your funny.... but Mustangs can be V8's, V6's or I4's....

I guess the big question is, what else are you looking for?
Deep and loud, or deep yet subtle?

Lots of guys told me GMPP and Corsa when I was looking for a quiet system.

 

I just want something that sounds mean and as long as it doesnt sound like a civic pos then im happy
