I got the Cobalt Addiction one, i got it used from another member though. Had everything just missing 2 nuts so i couldnt put all 4 on. And i dont trust it just 2 bolts holding it on. Did you install yours without taking the bumper off?

na i took the bumper off and it was a pain in the ass to put back on.

really? since my gf wasnt home and she had the keys to our storage locker where my jack is, i had to get my bumper off without jacking it up and my car is lowered...hard to get my head under the car...lol, putting it on was really easy.

Mine took about 3 days for it to fully get bled out. It is a long process. Just every time you go to drive your car, pop the hood first and check your coolant levels. And like the other diagram shows, the inlet on the aftermarket heat exchanger goes to the outlet on the stock HE. Your outlet on the after market h/e goes to the intercooler pump.
