Did i put this hub on right?

first time putting hub on and pulley was attached to it that way so thats the way i stuck it on. Is this the right way or is it backwards and does it need to go on farther?

Is it flush with the end of the shaft on the outside side and you replaced the plug cap?

That looks about right. And if the hub sits flush with the end of the shaft then it's on all the way.

The way its routed is pretty self explanatory. Why did you take it all the way off anyway? Its easier to just leave it kind of hanging out in there.

He's so right this will save you from punching your self in the face trying to shimmy your hand down the side to get belt on the lower crankshaft pulley. Taking off the supercharger pulley then making the belt tight so it does not come off down there will make it so much easier to put back on in the end. Get some rope or something to tie it up temporarly. Good luck. Also this is just future reference cause it sounds like you already have it all the way off lol.

It's not that difficult, but you gotta get up underneath the car to get the new belt on the crank and ac pulley first. And use the pic as a reference. That's what I had to do.

You also have to unclip some of that plastic skirting crap that's under there to get at it. Definatly helps with two people.

You could have contacted me regarding this man. Glad the tool worked out for you, however the hub should have been pressed on then the pulley attached. Granted it didnt happen to you this time but you could have damaged the hub pulley and shaft. So if you go to help out anyone else make sure just to push the hub on first then attach the pulley just my .02

That looks like a smoothflow hub. It should sit more flush to the snout housing. It needs to go in more.

Let us know if you start to notice a fine black power on the snout or pulley. If its off by a little it'll start to chew on the belt. From the sound of things yesterday I think you'll be fine though.
