I took my fuel pump out of my gas tank to remove the ball and spring for my BRFP system from ZZP and i accidently broke off one of the plastic nipples for the main hoses coming into it and now I want a whole new fuel pump unit.

Advanced Auto tells me ALL cobalts use the same fuel pump unit? is this true?

 

the sending unit may all be the same but the pump isent

I believe mrbelvedere is correct, I don't think the actual pump is universal.

 

they CAN all use the same unit, however 05s have an inferior unit that was addressed and replaced in 06 IIRC

 

so thats 2 no and 1 yes...lmao

 

Well, the answer is yes, they all use the same unit, because it is interchangeable, except the 05s using an inferior version.
