Well my setup looks like this 2.8, 60's, full exhaust, intake, AIS meth kit. I am debating wether or not I should hook up my cobra h/e or is it just overkill since i already have the meth?

Go for it. You can't get enough cooling mods.

Absolutely. Even though you have our water meth system. Do the heat exchanger upgrade. It will help and make a difference in keeping your intercooler water temps cooler.

A cobra h/e is not hard to install at all. Time consuming, but not that bad. There isn't much room up front which is why it sucks. You don't need to take the bumper off either. I made my own brackets and all. Still works like a charm. Looks bad ass too. I put the ss/tc grill on so now it is covered up but still looks good. Post up some pics when you get it installed.

I installed mine with no help from anyone, took like 3 hours. The only hard part was getting the stock line from the I/C pump to the H/E off. I actually had to remove the radiator mount to get the clips off. And yes you can install it pretty easily without taking off the front bumper. You will have to take out both of the headlights though, how is that AIS meth kit? I am thinking about getting there stage 1 fender kit with the bottle. Was it hard to install?
