do i need a H/E

Of course i know there is benifit to one but i want to know if it is absolutly needed.

This summer i plan on getting the OTT stage 1 kit and was wondering if i really needed one.

even if your running a 2.8.. which is what the stage 1 kit has included, youll be okay...

you dont need one.. if you were doing back to back runs on a track, or on the road.. then wihtout one you will have some heat soak and maybe have timing pulled because of it...

but if you just "pass" here and there, youll be fine.

just run only distilled water (no coolant) in the summer and youll be fine.
