You can't tell over a picture. Take it to a shop and have them look at it.

but cross member is toast, and i'm guessing you'll need at least a new fender because the holes probably won't line back up. new headlight brackets, etc.

i'll tell you one thing- as others have said- getting everything handed to you is going to screw you over in the long run- You're going to be 50 and still living with Mommy because you dont know how to live on your own- oh and will probably be single too because again- you're so dependant on mommy that no girl will want to deal with you and your issues-

Go to a professional body shop to have it checked out. That is your best bet.

No one can tell you if your frame is bent from photos, but chances are it is if you hit a telephone pole.

I'm locking this thread before it gets out of hand due to the way it has already started off.
