Dual Pass Help!

What is the secret to switching the laminova cores? I know they're fragile so I'm tryin' to be careful but I can't seem to get them to budge. I have the o-rings and the 2 gold washers out but how do i pull them out. When i try to pull them by hand they don't go anywhere. Thanks for the help in advance.

Wow this is becoming a broken record topic. No one has really had problems when you ask them but then when you do it they don't budge and feel like you will break them

yea, I know I think there is just massive paranoia. They are so fragile I just wanted to be safe. I ended up wrapping a belt around them and using a pliers and it went fine. I just thought I would try to get others 2 cents so I didn't break ****, Sorry.

Place the laminova on a suitable bench with an empty carboard box or suitable container to put your cores into when removed. Take a good , new stainless steel 3/4 gear hose clamp. Place it so the nub on the inside diameter of the hose clamp is adjacent to the larger of the solid blocks in the vents on the end of the tube (easy to see) tighten the gear clamp carefully. No too tight you can collapse the vent holes. Use some channel locks to grip around the hose clamp and rotate carefully to break the seal, then twist and pull; be careful that the seals and the rings stay in the inside of the housing. When replacing lightly coat the seals with a suitable lubricant insert and away you go.

Small hole is inlet, big is outlet. (Otherwise air will be trapped inside the Laminova Tube...)
