my cobalt ss s/c dyno'd @ 245hp, and 214tq. at tune time performance ( mustang dyno, not dynojet )
my mods are ZZP 2.9" pulley, aem cai, custom 2.5" magnaflow exhaust, and the #42's
trying to post the sheet, but i have no scanner, and my camera isn't taking a very good picture of it.

I dynoed at 258hp & 224 lbs/tq with the mods in my sig on a mustang dyno. Andy my mods are very similar to yours. Huh. Interesting.

 

Nice! You dyno'd one more whp then me but my torque got ya. I dyno'd at the same place. I run a 2.8" though.

 

you know your gm stage 3 pulley is really 2.99 inches and not 2.9, isnt that almost a pound of boost difference.

Yes I do, but it makes 1.5 lbs difference. I went from 15lbs to 16.5 The real gain is that it wraps up a lot faster. More of a torque gain than a hp gain.
