Dyno'd my car today...
I never wrote them off from the start, I just wasn't sure if they were ever going to adapt well to mods. With the knowledge you just gave, I do think the ss/tc will give a lot of stage 2 cobalts a run for there money lol. However in July when I am tuned, should be laying down numbers around that area. However I am sure my torque will be less, as I don't have a turbo....yet lol.

Now after saying that, I feel that with simple bolt ons Ie:Intake, Downpipe, Racepipe (or whatever its called) Catback. That will put them at around 270 WHP. STOCK TUNE. STOCK BOOST. You get someone to tune it and up the boost a little bit, There is no way it will stay UNDER 300 WHP. The car is a beast, for the price.
But it then all comes down to how hardcore you are. 300 WHP through the front wheels is honestly not something i want to be racing with. All your money after that will be going into suspension work and other misc stuff just so the car will be able to run at the track and put up good et's.
Then what happens when you wanna put a bigger turbo and push 400 WHP. Cannot do that through the front 2 wheels very efficiently.
The only problem with the new Cobalt Turbo is that its FWD.
Only gear I will take it to 7k is in 1st and 2nd (drag strip). On the highway/street doing long pulls for example, going past 6500 is a
check my write up in my sig on cooling mods, I tested the rpm bump out myself, and yes, it is considered tuning, cause you changed your stock tune. I actually gained 2mph from it.
You must be a private eye or something ...
What about the 70+ WTQ that the turbo car is making over your little blower.
Let me guess ... flunked Math 101?
"Horsepower Sells cars torque wins races"
So if car #1 made 150hp/180tqw, and car #2 made 250hp/150 tq, then car #2 would lose?
Let me guess ... flunked Cognitive Thinking 101?
No wonder i took almost a year off this forum,
Come Back Soon!
No one knows ****
