You are virtually stock, Those numbers seems fine.

as far as the "zig zag" the ss.sc runs a little rich from factory. But for argument sake, what spark plugs are you running?

I think zig zags represent clutch slip

Clutch slip would actually cause a loop.

DEZZIE41 - The first question is have you been tuned. The second question is what is all done to the car and what maintenance have you kept up on?

His numbers sounnd on the money for HP and maybe 10 short on TQ for stock setup. Maybe pull and clean the plugs and run some lucas injector cleaner though it and you should be good to go.

Uhm idk....Ive never seen a stock ss dyno less than 200 BONE stock. So with your 2 mods u might be about 5 hp off and deff a good amount of torque off.

Does these zig zags look kinda like these?

Thats like 5 pulls on one sheet but you can see how they are. It was becase their spark sensor wasnt getting a good signal from the plugs. I am guessing yours had the same problem. If its that you have nothing to worry about.

Please do some research on Dyno's and factors that can cause variations between them...

It was just they rpm sensor not getting a good signal. They were probably just making it sound like it wasn't their fault because they didnt want to do it again. haha. Oh well changing plugs is never a bad thing to do. Good luck you got any future plans on modding? Might as well pick up some 1 step colder plugs.
