I'm pretty sure the Borla catback is 2.25" (same catback as the GMPP one), unless you ordered a custom Borla catback.

OTTP Stage Axels? Clutch? Flywheel? Tranny mounts? If you wanna' produce all the power from the ZZP Stage3, might as well buckle everything down to make sure things don't start breaking.

The exhaust is customer from mandrel exhaust systems just has a borla muffler I liked the way it sounded. And in regards to the dual pass, the single pass actualy cools better.

I found a clip on youtube of the madrel exhaust system with borla muffler and the header and downpipe combo it sounded quite nice and not a bit ricey. so it was work the little extra cash to get the nice deep tone.

You are 100% right, the borla system for the cobalt is ONLY 2.25" not 2.5".

Get the magnaflow, it is 2.5", PM us we will help you out.

Also DC Sports has not made that header for 3 years, no one will have that in stock.

May we suggest the Vibrant header/downpipe/high flow cat kit... It is much better than the DC Sport kit was.

With the Dcsport Header a buddy of mine had a brand new one that he never got to install so I picked that up from him and in regards to the exhaust itself I appreciate the information. The exhaust itself is a 2.5" exhaust from Mandrelexhaustsystem.com with a Borla muffler on it. I had to correct myself on that .
