The only way to do this right is to have plugs cnc'd and keep the housing cool weld with watercooled tig

it is lol, this was concept art for the idea(I was going to port the m62 in the same layout), at the same time I was researching the h62, good eye ;) (My buddy pyros gave me the pic when we were dicussing it) so are you on the h62?

Just a note: Porting the M62 the same as the H62 will not be beneficial. The H62's port is widened for the extra twist on the rotors. The outlet port on blowers usually matches the rotors twist angle. |
intresting! thanks for the note thats good to know, like I said I abandoned the project.
So how did you get your hands on that rare superchager!? |

I'm adding the link below to this thread, because I feel it explains in better detail some common questions that are still asked when modifying a positive displacement blower (even after reading this very imformative thread). It also will clear up some of the common mistakes people tend to make when they decided to modify their blower.
Please take the time to read. Enjoy! Positive displacement supercharger modifications | Supercharger Performance and Engine Performance Parts |

Please move it to a new thread if you have not yet found the answer. Thanks. |
Hi guys,
first I would like to excuse myself for digging up such an old thread and making some mess here :) The solution for my problem is probably very simple and easy to deal with, nevertheless I have been looking for the answer for many hours and can't find a comprehensive one. In this thread you didn't mention the most basic modification of the Eaton SC :P Reversing it CCW for Honda engines. I Have a D series CRX and a Eaton M62 and have no idea how to take off the racks of Eaton M62 rotors. I have dismantled the Eaton completely and tried to do the same as here :) DIY M62 rebuilding & reversing nose drive w/ pics - Eaton Inside However I can't just figure it out how to take off this goddamn racks without any specialistic tools :P Here in Slovakia we do not have many projects like this, most people just go for turbo :) And I would like to try something new ;) Any help? :) Yeah, I know Honda isn't a Chevy :P However you seem to have a good knowledge of the subject :) |

Thats awesome! Is that your own machine there?
