I got an eBay exhaust for my 06 civic Si a long time ago for like 180. It was the best sounding exhaust on a civic I've heard in person and only required minor modifications to fit. If its for temporary use I honestly don't see an issue with an eBay exhaust. After a year or so I imagine it will rust but for less than 200 meh.

Exhausts are more for sound rather than performance. If you can find one that sounds nice to you and you only need it for a year, 130 sounds pretty good. Especially now that spring is on the way, it'll definitively last you a year maybe two. Like I said, if you're into the sound, go for it. And good for you for finding one you like for 130

i really dont care about the performance stand point, but the sound is what i want, i want it to sound good, and if it last a year, great, but i wanna buy that, and just wait around for a gmpp exhaust. cause i love the gmpp exhaust. i was just wondering if anyone bought one, so i could see how it sounds, there are also a other 2. but cheapest is 130, then 150 and 180.

thanks for the input though, and in washington we dont use salt, just sand during winter, so i dont think it would rust to fast. lol
edit: does anyone know a person that went with a ebay exhaust? if so could you ask them to send me a vid, thanks. and not a NA, i would be on a SC

The SS/SC has a few restrictions a good catback exhaust will remove (inlet to res & muffler).
You can gain 5-10 whp with a catback on the SS/SC.

Just keep saving and looking around till the right one shows up! Or have a muffler shop make you a catback, for me it only costed me $200, that's with the 2.5 piping, resonator, and magnaflow muffler

I bought a header and full cat-back for my Civic. It honestly sounds really good. Forgive the automatic, possibly going manual this summer.
That's with my old engine. I now have a DOHC ZC and it sounds a little deeper.

I actually have that exhaust on right now, its perfect for me. Its quite with a slight pur on normal cruise but when you hit wot it defiantly makes a nice moderate noise plus mine pops alittle when slowing down. If you dont like the way it sounds just buy a different resonator, save some serious money that way and This exhaust is way better sounding and quiter then the Megan exhaust and that cost twice as much as this one.
