EGT question?

Hi I am almost done installing my egt gauge and i was wondering how far down the header should i mount it? This is for a turbo setup by the way. And what temps should i be looking for at WOT?? thanks.

ya i was going to put it in the #4 primary in my turbo header. Just wondering how far away from the head to put it.

Cruising is all over the place. WOT is 1500 range. Still have to get it dialed in a bit more and add some timing so it will go down a little bit.
