engine sputter at 6000
Alright mods in sig. Back in november i had an aem cai on and switched over to a k&n.
Than my car started to sputter and not accelerate anymore past 6000 rpm. I havent drvin my car much since then and today i finally got my CA header and 3" dp with cat installed and thought that would cure that sputter but it still does it. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Thanks

spark plugs are still good and the maf sensor and fuel filter i believe have nothing to do with it cause the car runs great just wont go over 6000 rpm floored. I can take it over 6000 as long as i dont get on it all the way.

I added vibrant catback and thats it, the car has ran shitty every since the tune...Ron lives like 5 mins from me but he tells me he cant tune anymore because apparently that was never his personal hptuners kit anyway

thats gay. My tune was great and my car ran well till the day i changed the intake tube. But it just sounds retarted that an intake would cause this problem.

well i would say if it didnt do it with your aem intake. Personally id just put the aem back on and see if it does it anymore.
sounds like the smart thing to do.

Just save up and get it done right, Like anything else in the world you get what you pay for...I got alcohol injection sitting right next to me but Im not putting it on till I get it dyno tuned...the way you should tune it with a wideband and someone who knows what they are doing
