i finally got a video of what my engine sounds like anyone have any ideas that can help me out.

Hmm, go around to the exhaust, is there white smoke and a similar sound to a STi? If so, that might be numero 4......Going by that video though, it sounds like somethings wrong with the blower itself....

 

Worn out coupler?

Whatever the problem, the vid doesn't sound good so please try and not drive it if you can help. Hate to say this, but you might wanna take it to a stealership.

it isn't dealer warranty it is third party and i have talked to them already and fulton takes thiers so i am goos there but would the problem cause a loss of power at high rpm's

I had a 3rd party warrenty on my last car and because I bought it from the dealer they game me a rental.

 

i just want this **** fixed i have had it to the one dealer three times and they always tell me it's normal

Yea, don't go to Healey in Goshen. They're OK, but not only is Fulton closer to us, they seem to be much nicer and much more willing to help you. I mean my rotors were warped over the summer and they went ahad and replaced them and the drums because I only had two months left on my brake warranty. So I'm sure they will do their best to accomadate you, just when you tell the service guys what the problem is, talk like you know what your talking about that way they don't try to **** you. lol.

Oh do you know Eagle Auto Body? It's located in back of Fulton. It's part of Fulton's actual building. One of my good friend's Dad owns that so I'm always in Fulton's service area and just messing around at the body shop lol. So if I'm home from school and your there most likely you'll see my car.

 

Fromt he video that definately sounds like the blower. I would say it sounds like the coupler is pretty worn out.

 

I've got it figured out, and you can thank me later. I'd be worried about it, because just judging by the video, somebody is clearly thowing down some beatboxin in there, and that's not normal. You could sit there and rap over it if you wanted too. I don't know the actual reason, but I thought it would elicit a laugh. My job is done.
