Everything installed and running great except one problem...

I managed to finish everything on my Stage 3 install, I started the car and while at first it was knocking it went away and everything seemed to be running perfectly. I installed the heat exchanger perfectly, along with all the hosing (I hope) and am getting confused as to why I am having leaks all over the place starting to pop up. At first, I was scared to death at the fact I had coolant dripping from the manifold, but after looking closer I saw it was coming from where the hose was connecting to the dual pass. I took off the supercharger again and tightened the hosing really tight this time and replaced the supercharger and started it up. I felt my finger on the hosing area and nothing was wet. Yes! After running a bit and shutting it off in the garage I came out the next morning to only see a drop of two from where I fixed the previous leak (probably residual) but instantly caught site to an enormous amount of coolant on the floor right from where the 90 degree joint connects to the heat exchanger. Not a hose but was seeping through the plastic to metal connection... I have no idea why it was there as it didn't leak when I had the engine running but decided to leak when I shut it off and put it in the garage.
So, basically I just go done finishing everything to find leaks popping up, my bumper is still off because I don't feel like putting it on so I still have room to work with, but I am kind of sick of working on it after almost a month of it. My question is why it is leaking... could it be I don't have the hoses hooked up properly and its creating a weird pressure, or is it I just didn't tighten the joints and clamps enough?

Thanks,
I always know I can trust Cobaltss.net

You try pressure testing the system, thats the best way to find a leak.

Well I know where the leak is, it's just the fact that I don't know why other leaks are starting to pop up when it initially ran fine.
