Post Exhaust Depot DP

I have a question about the ED DP for the pace setter header. On exhaust depots web site, www.exhaustdepot.net it says that the 02 Bung was extended to held prevent a CEL. So is this the same Idea as running the spark plug non-foulers? Does anyone have this down pipe?

I have this DP...the o2 bung is taken by my wideband I just disabled the stock sensor and disconnected it. Most likely need HP tuners or you will get the 420 cat cel.
