Exhaust need help!!!

Ok I got an Megan Catback exhaust from a member here and since I put it on i get this vibrating at high rpms, iv checked all the bolts from the healer and back. Nothing is lose or seems to be hitting the the car. Anyways I let me step dad look at it and he is a mechanic that has done some work on my car before and he thinks the resonator is bad and that the piping inside it is what is vibrating. Well anyways Im short on money after buying a used stage 2 gm kit so I dont got the money to really buy a new resonator to see if that is the problem so I wanted to know if its ok to cut the stock resonator off my exhaust and weld it into this megan exhaust. I think the stock exhaust is 2.5 just like the megan one. and if it is the same size will I lose any power from using the stock resonator vs the one on the megan?

What series is your Megan cat-back?

I have the drift spec, and don't experience these problems.

drift spec I think and i think the problem has to do with the resonator being broken so that is prolly why you dont have the problems i have.

The stock res is less then 2.5 it shrinks down a lot on the inside.

Product is not defective. It actually came of my car and i had no issues with it. Took me a few times getting it bolted up tight but that was about it.

Its bolted up tight, no exhaust leaks anywhere, and none of the bolts are lose to do the vibrating, its got to be something broken on the side of the piping, im not saying it was or wasnt broken before I got it so im not blaming you or anything Im just trying to get it fixed.

This was a few weeks before i started to part out the car. Does it sound way different. Keep in mind this is know for being a raspy exhaust but fixed my flow issue on my tune for 150.
