Exhaust Question

I have the GMPP Performance cat-back. I was wondering if i cold cut out the resonator and have a piese of pipe put there instead... how loud wuld it get? anyone have it done yet?

it would be louder i dont see why you couldnt, if you want it louder just put headers on it and youll get more power

it would be a "header" as in just one. If it was v6 or v8 or v-anything, it would have "headers."

yea you can fit a piece of pipe in it's place, it would make sense to do. the resonator doesnt restrict the exhaust it only lessens the noise, if you took it out your exhaust would get really raspy and sound like **** IMO
