these are my mods right now and i would like to know should i go to 2.5inch cat-back or stay 3inch??

and before anyone says anything, i will not be going any lower than a 2.8. only thing i will do is add meth later on.

from everything i've read, you should be fine with 2.5" the general consensus is if you are pushing over 300hp go 3" but with a 2.8 you're good to go.

 

you have the stock M62?

If you are pushing 300hp then yes you should get the 3".

 

what im asking is if i should get the 2.5 because i already have the 3inch vibrant if you see.

my car is okay in the low end but top end it pulls really hardd

why no lower than 2.8?

If your going to use meth inj.. i would stick with the 3"..

 

well im a student and the 2.8 with bolt-ons is enuff for me as a DD and im pretty much going to be done with the car add power wise after that so i just want a good solid build. ofcourse if my clutch goes and what not i will change it and i will prob get rotated mounts.

 

It just seems if your adding meth.. dropping the pulley size down isnt gonna be any different than adding meth... Which in itself is a completely different story.
