I wish a vender would make 2.25-2.5 mandrel conversion kit, that would take all the guess work out of it and should be cheap for them to make and cheap for us to buy. We can all ways wish.

RBC you had your exhaust done like that didn't you? If you did do you know what combination of bends they used.

If you are going in to a shop to have it done.. They should have a bender and they can match it up right there in about 2-3 minutes.

The shop I go to does not have a mandrel bender so I am just going to buy the bends and take them to them but I am not 100% on which ones I need to get.

I did not peace them together, you must find a place that has a mandrel bender and get it custom made. You can go to a exhaust shop and get a "standard" bend(not crush) to 2.5", but at the bends the pipe size is decreased almost back down to 2.25" so it will pretty much be a waste of money. Replacing the stock muffler buy it self will yield pretty much the same gains as an after market 2.25" cat-back system. I do recommend the magnaflow muffler part #12226. The sound is amazing! Its not to loud and gives a deep mellow tone. At the track you can still here the supercharger along with the exhaust and is not drowned out. I also modified the stock tip to 2.5" for a stock look. You can to what I did and add the muffler first to tie you over until you can find a shop with a mandrel bender.
