How hard would it be to mesh a 2.5in Dp with my 2.25 exhaust

guys, don't EVER use different size exhaust components. if you really think about it you'll see how it doesn't make any sense. you change out your stock exhaust because you want something less restrictive, which will make more power. by going from one size and then using something smaller, you're creating the restriction that you were trying to get rid of. it's like taking a step backwards.

Cliff Notes: Don't do it. period. end of story.
