exhaust rusted...options?

Hey guys...about a year ago i decided i wanted my car quiet again so i took off my old exhaust and bought the muffler of a stock ss/sc catback from a member on here. I used a pipe sleeve to weld to the muffler and then clamp over my old piping. Since then the metal sleeve completely rusted (the welded part still on the muffler with a tiny bit of pipe left), and my car sounds like **** due to the exhaust leak.

What do you think the best route to take would be. I just want it done good and i want it to be quiet. Im not sure if i can still use the muffler because there is no pipe coming out of the muffler its cut to the square part.

I guess im just looking for good ideas, or maybe if someone is selling a stock catback, thanks.

Stock cat-back would be your best bet.
