So I'm guessing that the point of all this posting is that the Apexi SAFC-2 won't work on the Cobalt SS S/C? I thought Apexi made "universal" models of their SAFC-2? If anyone has succesfully hooked up an Apexi SAFC-2 please repost so others can start utiziling this excellent tuning tool.

Ya, if anyone can sucessfully do this im extremely interested. Since I have a SAFC-2 laying around, that i took out of my Avenger. It wasnt made for the Avenger, but i made it work after a while. It took mostly research online, but i cant find anything on the SS/SC on anyway to hook it up. I mean, i can tap into all the appropriate wires since i still have the safc instruction and everything, but sensor setting is where the real guess work comes in. with the safc you have to select which sensor you want to fool, On my avenger it was the MAP sensor, and theres about 30 different settings you can adjust to make it match the map sensor. But you have 3 choices to choose from with the safc. MAP, MAF, and Karmen. So, maybe i helped you guys out a little bit, but im not gonna try to wire this thing up to my new SS/SC until i know it works.
