lnf axles would be a cheaper alternative. much beefier than stock ss/sc axles.

lnf axles dont just drop right in. iirc you need to change the hub bearings and you end up losing abs then.

gm makes a wheel hop kit for the ss/sc with direct bolt in lnf axels if you dont have rotated moutns i would highly suggest them they will help keep the axle windup at bay

ive learned to always bring a extra axle to the track. never fails that a cobalt breaks one. and its cheaper to have a stock spare one sittin around than a tow.

Haha, me too. I go racing up at GLD since it's closest to me, so I really don't want to get stuck up there if I would break one.
