So I should be getting an 05 or 06 Cobalt SS/SC. I have a few questions, and no I did not use the search feature, as this is a forum to ask questions. I'm sure that just about every topic about a Cobalt has been covered, so if all anyone did was search then there would be no need for anyone else to be here.


1. I read that it runs 12 PSI stock. What amount of boost can the stock motor safely handle?


2. I have never owned a supercharged vehicle before. I had a turbo LS1 TransAm and an NA LS1 Camaro. As far as altering the amount of boost, can someone explain pullies to me? The smaller pully the more boost, but can I just buy a pully assembly from anywhere? Is there a certain type of pully I need?


3. What on the drive train will blow? Im just looking for around 310 FWHP eventually, will I have anything to worry about?


Thanks for any help, and yeah I bet some of you are like JUST 310? But yeah...I figure a tune, pully, injectors can put me around 250(correct if wrong), then I can port SC, do exhaust, cams.
