Man, I finally did it! Right now im running 30 percent meth and 70 water, I was able to run up to 19 degrees of timing with no knock! WOW, and also my air fuel is no higher than 12.5 The car is so much stronger, specially in the low end. I love it. I cant get to get my boost juice so I can bump it up to 25degrees. Man thats gonna be fun. By the way, after a second gear from, from 40 to about 65, the car only gets 10 degrees hotter! meaning goes from about 120 to 130! before I would get to like 150! The meth alone cooled about 20 degrees, its insane. I love it.

 

So how much meth would you go through for say a tank of gas???

 

Lucky! My meth didn't come in yet. Hopefully by tuesday or wednesday the latest. I did however put my 2.6" pulley back on since it was real cold this weekend, and tuned for it. Damn the car was fast, and the blower stayed real cold after a few good pulls!

Yes, the southern heat is that killer! This past week it was in the 90's here in Charleston, and this weekend it got into the 30's! The heat kills performance like you wouldn't believe though!

Dude, you sent me that tune yourself too! I have it, its a really really good tune. My af in the beginning was about 13s, but thats cuz I had bubbles in the meth lines, then once It cleared up I was able to richen up a bit and now my af is about 12.3 to 12.5. My timing is 20 degrees now.
I SMOKED a stg 2 srt4, with full bolt ons last night. Ill be posting about my encounter with the stg 3 srt4 and the 25 degrees later.

by the way, the guy with snowperformance has the best customer service ive seen in a while. He has his cell phone number in case you have any questions during the install! I called him on a saturday and he was at home eating, and he treated me really good and walked me through a couple of things that I did not understand. The guy was awesome.

I dotn see where you can buy Meth on Tag's Web site besides the stage package. So LJavy u dont think the meth will eat up your supercharger rotors?

 

I am not worried about the meth eating the blades at all, There are just too many people with meth on their cars and nothing has happened yet, Only that guy that said meth ate up his rotors, But it really him running the car like on 30 dyno runs without letting it cool, He actually burned them. I just think meth wakes up these cars so much, Its incredible.

I bought the meth from cobalt addiction with the throttle body, I think if you know a little about wiring and you have installed an intake before you can install the meth, Just make sure you get the throttle body spacer.

 

so are u injecting after the TB and if so do u have the spacer and the silonid(sp) cause i have meth just not installed yet.

 

Why get the TB spacer? Is that so you wouldn't damage you intake? I could car less at this point about my Injen since it looks like crap anyhow.

right, I didnt want to ruin my 300 dlls VALUE, Fujita, I say value because thats what I payed for it. I also have the selenoid so the car wont suck up meth when the pump is not on.

 

for some reason i thought meth was on full time, as you have to tune for it right? so do you have to tune once it is off or.... I ask because if you can simply turn meth off with no problems I am ordering ASAP!

 

it techinically on all the time.,.. but doesn't spray until a certain maf signal (boost pressure depending on kit) so you don't have to worry about switching it on when you race

 

Has anyone considered the effects of meth injection and possibly corroding the intercooler cores?

I just did a meth/water setup myself. It's too cold to see the real difference (30-40deg in MI right now) however I'm concerned about it. I'm currently using w/s washer fluid 40%meth and 60%water.
